We offer traditional daily specials which include seasonal and local set meals. The daily meal includes a main meal, a side dish, dessert with water and coffee or tea.

Qidra
Typically a Gazan dish and baked. This rice, chickpea and chicken dish is aromatic and has many spices including allspice, cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, black pepper, saffron and turmeric.

Chicken Kabsa
Rich spices are used in the Chicken Kabsa, which is popular in Gulf states and includes black pepper, cloves, cardamom, saffron, cinnamon, black lime, bay leaves and nutmeg.

Beef Stew with Green Beans
Fasoulia (green beans) with beef is a traditional stew made simply in a tomato based sauce and is served with rice.

Kofta in Tomato Sauce
Juicy local kofta is typically cooked in a spiced but not spicy tomato sauce.

Sayadieh
Sayadieh is a seasoned fish and rice dish made with cumin, cinnamon and coriander, as well as fried onions and nuts as garnish.
